Welcome to the new OstomySale.ca
Welcome to our refreshed website. We have made it easier to browse familiar supplies, find products by item number and get the information you need before placing an order. New features include shopping in French and scheduling repeat orders for your regular supplies. Thank you for continuing to shop with OstomySale.ca.
Your account on the new site
Eligible customer accounts have been carried over to the new site. Sign in with the email address you used on our previous website. If you cannot access your account, please contact us before creating a new one.
Your OstoBucks balance has carried over
OstoBucks is the same rewards program you know from our previous website. If your account was carried over, your existing OstoBucks balance has been carried over, too. Sign in to view your balance in the OstoBucks area of your account. You can continue earning OstoBucks on eligible purchases and use your available points towards a future order.
New: shop in French, too
Our new website includes a French version, with navigation, product information and checkout in French. Choose Français in the language selector to browse in French, or English to switch back. You can use your existing customer account and OstoBucks in either language.
New: repeat orders for your regular supplies
You can now schedule repeat orders for the supplies you use regularly. At checkout, choose repeat delivery and set your frequency using a number of days or months. You will see your next order date before confirming, and your schedule is created after payment for your first order succeeds.
Manage future repeat orders from your account. You can change your schedule, skip an order, pause deliveries or cancel future orders. You can also choose reminders so you can review and pay for each order yourself.
Find your familiar supplies
The yellow Search by SKU box on the homepage is a quick way to look for an item number you already know. You can also browse by brand or department. Before ordering, check the product reference, size and package quantity against your current supplies.
Something not quite right? Please tell us
If you have trouble signing in, cannot find a product or believe your OstoBucks balance needs attention, please contact us. Include the email address associated with your account and a short description of the problem. For an order or product question, an order number or item number will help us investigate. Please never send your password.
