How to earn and use OstoBucks
Shop with your account
Sign in when you order. Earn 1 OstoBuck for each whole $1 of eligible product spending, calculated per product line after any OstoBucks redemption and before shipping and tax.
Watch your balance grow
Your purchase OstoBucks become available after your order is fully paid and invoiced. View your balance and activity in your account.
Save on a future order
Once your balance reaches 200 OstoBucks, choose how many to apply in your cart or at checkout, in steps of 40 OstoBucks.
A few things to know
- OstoBucks are calculated per product line after any OstoBucks redemption, with fractions rounded down to whole OstoBucks.
- Shipping and taxes do not earn OstoBucks and cannot be paid with OstoBucks.
- You need a balance of at least 200 OstoBucks to redeem. The amount you use must fit within your balance and the eligible product subtotal.
- Purchase OstoBucks do not expire. Cancelled or refunded orders can affect your balance.
What could your OstoBucks save?
200 OstoBucks give you $5 off eligible products. A balance of 400 OstoBucks gives you $10 off. All savings are in Canadian dollars.

Where can I see my OstoBucks?
Sign in to your OstomySale.ca account and choose OstoBucks to see your balance and transaction history.
Do guest orders earn OstoBucks?
OstoBucks are linked to your customer account. Sign in before placing your order so your eligible purchase is connected to your balance.
Do I have to use my entire balance?
No. Once your balance is at least 200 OstoBucks, use the slider to choose an amount in steps of 40 OstoBucks. You can save the remaining balance for another order.
What about my existing rewards balance?
Your carried-over rewards balance is part of OstoBucks. Sign in with your existing account to view it. If something does not look right, please contact us.
