Orders, prices & availability

Before ordering, check the product SKU, size and package quantity to make sure the listing matches the supplies you need. Payment options for your order are shown at checkout.

Special-order or uncommon products that are not held in regular stock may need to be ordered before shipment. We will notify you if an item is not in stock.

Shipping within Canada

Standard shipping is free on orders over $175 before tax and $20 on orders of $175 or less before tax, anywhere in Canada. Overweight orders and deliveries to remote areas may be subject to an additional shipping surcharge. Review the shipping charge shown at checkout before placing your order.

Returns & replacements

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless there is a product issue or an order mistake.

If there is a problem with a product or a mistake with your order, email orders@ostomysale.ca with your order number, product SKU and a description of the issue. We will review it with you and explain the next steps.

Do not send items back without a return authorization and return shipping instructions from our team.

OstoBucks rewards

OstoBucks are linked to your customer account. Sign in when ordering to earn on eligible product purchases. You earn 1 OstoBuck for each whole $1 of eligible product spending, calculated per product line after any OstoBucks redemption and before shipping and tax.

40 OstoBucks are worth $1. A balance of at least 200 OstoBucks is required to redeem, and redemptions must be in steps of 40 OstoBucks. The amount used must be within your balance and the eligible product subtotal. Purchase OstoBucks do not expire.
