Get to know your OstoBucks rewards
OstoBucks is the name of our rewards program. It lets you earn rewards on eligible purchases and put your available balance towards a future order. Your account keeps your rewards information in one place.
Start by signing in
Use the account associated with your purchases so eligible orders are connected to your rewards balance. Open the rewards area in your account to see your OstoBucks. If your account was carried over from our previous website, use that account rather than creating another one.
Give new rewards time to appear
Rewards become available after an order has been fully paid and invoiced. OstoBucks from a newly placed order may not be available yet. Check your account again after payment and invoicing have been completed.
Review rewards before placing an order
When your available balance meets the redemption requirements, you can apply OstoBucks during checkout. Choose an amount in steps of 40 OstoBucks, then review the deduction and final order total. New OstoBucks are earned on eligible product spending after your redemption, before shipping and tax. Our OstoBucks information page explains how earning and redemption work.
Questions about your balance?
If your balance looks different from what you expected, contact us with your account email and the relevant order number. Tell us whether your question concerns rewards carried over from the previous site, a recent purchase or a redemption. These details help us find the relevant transactions.
