Find your exact product by SKU
When you already know the supplies you use, the item number is a useful starting point. It helps you find a specific listing without relying on the product name alone.
Start with your current packaging
Look for the manufacturer’s product reference, catalogue number or item number. Keep a note of it together with the brand and product name. Lot numbers, batch numbers and expiry dates serve different purposes. Use the product reference when searching.
Search by item number
Enter the product name or number in the search box at the top of the site. The homepage also has a yellow Search by SKU box. Our store SKU may include extra letters or package information, so if your first search does not find the item, try the manufacturer’s reference or the product name.
Check the listing before adding the product to your cart
- Compare the brand and product reference.
- Check the size shown in the listing.
- Check whether the price is for an individual item, a package, a box or a case.
If you cannot identify the listing, contact our team with the brand, product reference and package details. Keeping these details together can make future orders easier.
