Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping within Canada on orders $175 or over, before taxes. If your order is less then $175 before taxes, we charge a flat $20.00 fee for shipping within Canada. Overweight items and some addresses are subject to additional shipping charges. All prices and shipping fees are in Canadian dollars. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday and orders are shipped out on those days (excluding statutory holidays) same day or next day. Orders are shipped via courier or Canada Post. Delivery times vary however many of the major urban cities will receive their orders the next business day from when we ship the order.

Quick Turnaround
Most of the best-selling items are kept in stock in our warehouse and can therefore be shipped out same day or next day. Special order or uncommon items that are not regular stock items will need to be ordered. We then ship those items out as soon as we receive them. We will notify you of any items that are not in stock.

Return Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or replacement. If you would like to return a product that you purchased at ostomysale.ca, you require a Return Authorization. Before returning any items back to us, please send us an email to orders@ostomysale.ca to obtain a Return Authorization and instructions on where to ship the return. Once this step is complete, you can ship your product back to us. Only products that have been returned in new, original, unopened packaging with a receipt are eligible for a refund. Dressings, items that touch the skin & special orders are non-returnable.  Please note that a restocking fee may apply.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping, except in the event of ostomysale.ca error. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable.

We value your privacy and guard it with the utmost attention. Please be sure that we do not store any credit card information. We do not sell or provide our customer list to anyone. Processes are set in place to maintain the safety of your personal information. We implement a variety of security measures which allow for you to place your order, submit and access private information and pay online with ease and the knowledge that your information is protected. We offer the use of a secure server. All private and personal information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database. This information is only accessible to authorized users with protected access rights and passwords. These authorized users are required to keep the information confidential.
Please be assured that once a transaction is completed, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.
Rewards Program
You must be a registered customer to take part of our rewards program. We credit 1 Ostomy buck per $1 spent before tax and shipping. Redemption can be used on any subsequent order. 40 Ostomy bucks are worth $1 Canadian dollar. You can choose whether to use, and how many to use in multiples of 40, or delay your rewards for another order. There is no expiry on Ostomy bucks.
